3. Furniture & Natural Material Variations

Many of our products are manufactured using natural materials.

Minor variations including:

  • Wood grain patterns,
  • Natural color variations,
  • Fabric textures,
  • Surface finishes,
  • Manufacturing tolerances,

are considered normal characteristics of the product and shall not be regarded as defects.

Photographs displayed on our website are intended for illustrative purposes only and minor differences may occur depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Customers should inspect their products upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,
  • Missing components,
  • An incorrect item,

please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Supporting photographs may be requested before processing replacement or refund requests.

Failure to report delivery-related issues within a reasonable period may affect eligibility for replacement or refund services.

  • Delivery damage,

Bosphora may cover reasonable return shipping expenses at its discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping fees and additional service charges may not be refundable unless otherwise required by law.
